Our flame-machining process allows us to cost-effectively make gears and sprockets that span diameters from 12 inches to an impressive 18 feet, with the great majority of our products falling between 18 inches and 6 feet. This versatility allows us to cater to a wide range of OEM requirements, providing custom solutions tailored to your specific needs.
To ensure superior performance and extended lifespan, we utilize advanced metal treating processes such as induction heat treating and carburization. These techniques enable us to achieve case hardness up to Rc60 to 1/8” depth, enhancing the wear resistance and durability of our sprockets and gears. Our commitment to quality ensures that our products can withstand the most demanding operational conditions, reducing maintenance costs and downtime for your equipment.
For our New Production solutions, we collaborate with our customers’ engineers to develop sprocket and gear solutions that meet their print specifications, maximizing manufacturability and quality at the lowest possible price. For our customers’ Field Replacement/MRO requirements, we draw from our vast library of application solutions spanning over 75 years of implementation.
Our wheelhouse products include single and multi-strand roller chain sprockets (RC 80 to RC240), engineered chain sprockets, industrial gears (1/2 to 2 DP), and rugged rack and pinions. Typical annual volumes range from 10 to 500 pieces with shipment quantities of 1 to 50 pieces. Most of our products are build-to-order with lead times between 4 and 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
