Cogmatic manufactures sprockets for standard & custom-engineered chain from the biggest names in industrial chain. Cogmatic’s large engineering class sprockets are available in all class chain types (A, B and C). These sprockets are commonly induction-hardened and carburized to a case hardness as high as Rc60. Cogmatic’s unique single-pass Flame Machining process allows us to manufacture a wide range of tooth profiles, with customizations to the pitch, tooth height, and roller diameter as needed to meet application requirements.
